TSW: examine the cause and effects sectionalism as a result of economic differences during the Antebellum period.
Essential Question: In what ways did the economic policies of the Antebellum period increase sectionalism in the United States?
Title: Antebellum Era Introduction
TSW: Identify and describe the major trends associated with the Antebellum period between 1820 and 1860.
Essential Question: In what ways did the Antebellum period change American society?

- Left side: Create a spider graphic organizer with Andrew Jackson as the center and his actions regarding Election of 1824, Native American Tribes, the Bank of the United States, and the Nullification Crisis as the legs. Include three facts about each (see diagram below). Write a 4-5 sentence summary answering the essential question above.
