As we begin the Spring Semester for 2013-2014 school year, I want to take a moment to draw your attention to the quote above. As a teacher, I will provide the students with the necessary resources, tools, and information to be successful in American/AZ History, but it is truly the student's responsibility to engage themselves in the topics we are studying. The more a student puts into the class by actively participating, asking questions, doing their homework, coming in for extra help, and preparing for exams, the more they will get out of it! History is a wonderful story of the heritage of our nation and understanding our past is the key to a bright and successful future. ENGAGE YOURSELF!

Required Supplies for
American/AZ History
All students enrolled in APUSH must have the following supplies:
- 1 - three subject spiral notebook (Mead 5 Star highly recommended) measuring NO LESS than 8.5x11 inches.
- 1 Set of colored pencils (small pack is fine)
- 4 different colored highlighters
- 5-10 glue sticks or several roles of scotch tape
